Checkpoint Technologies’ Solid Immersion Lens (SIL) Objective provides our users with greater resolution with which to isolate any Laser Scanning technique from TIVA to SDL to LADA.  The Checkpoint’s larger field of view and low distortion on the edge gives our users a flexibility that is hard to beat.  The standard field of view is 75 x 75 mm but can be expanded to > 100 x 100 mm with optical zoom. The magnification is 240 X with a NA of > 2.4.
